The GOMA Experience

This Game is a visual experience inspired by art exhibition piece, Candice Breitz ‘King (a portrait of Michael Jackson)’ 2005.

Sixteen randomly selected fans of the pop singer, Michael Jackson, performed in a studio and recorded a full album, Thriller. These videos were then played on individual screen's in a dark room.

The artist's intent was to convey the power of fandom and mass media.

 This game will take on a similar approach, but with a different pop culture song, Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars, and use the voice of fans who have self posted their own recordings through social media.
